Depends on the setup how much hp it adds. You can usually buy an O2 stimulator to make the car not throw any codes.

Dont forget it will make the car a lot louder and mak the cabin stink. I used to run a 3 inch gutted cat on my turbo hatch. It got pretty stinky.
