I am headed out on magazines budget to go wheeling, get drunk, take photos and assemble an article for an annual 4 wheeling event that has come to be known as Howiepalooza after the guy whose birthday it is. It has grown in three years from a group of friends wheelin on his bday to a full event with vendors and competition.
