i would not recommend bolting a h22 head onto a non-vtec block for reliability and oiling issues
with the price of a h22 long block at $1100 personally i think your a fool for considering anything else.
h22a is the best possible swap for your lude, a h23a1 turbo will cost gobs more to build and will net significantly less gains compared to a built h22a turbo. a stock h22a turbo can make 300WHP reliably but that requires a solid motor to start with and very good tuning, fuel management and intercooling.
