Default Re: cold air intake causes valve damage

Well I'm glad to hear you all say that cold air intake don't cause damage, and the mechanic told her. Plus she kinda a tom boy type ladies so she not just a big bull shiter, but I don't know I honestly would like to do some research on it. She say that cars come in all time with valve damage. She does'nt claim that the damage hapen right away, its a slow proccess that it happens. I'm going to gather some info to clear this subject up. I'm guessing you guys are right, but ethier way all write a detailed article on a thread showing how a cold air intake and a engine work together.
