Bud, you aren't gunna hit 200 whp NA in a LS engine for anything affordable or that would cost less than a 500whp turbo set up. The LS engine has a really bad stroke/bore ratio which means it can't rev very high. Granted you can bore it out and grab some displacement, get cams, higher compression pistons, intake manifold, headers, exhaust, CAI and NO2... and the only thing putting you remotely close to 200 whp NA will be the NOS. But how many times are you gunna juice NO2 through the engine and keep it in top shape???
But the high compression and bolt on goodies you installed on there won't be safely compatible with a turbo set up, and you would have to rework the internals, dump your bolt ons, the NA exhaust system wouldn't breath enough for a turbo set up. See where this is going?? You'd have to start all over again.
The LS isn't a good NA building engine compared to other honda engines. It seems almost like it was meant to boosted. My suggestion is go start piecing together a nice turbo set up. Low compression pistons and beefy rods. Get a high quality, ball bearing turbo, new fuel pump, injectors if you feel the need, piping, intercooler, stand alone fuel management, etc. And tune it well. That car will be fast.... really fast... numbers don't really matter at that point, you'll beat the piss out of almost anything on the street for a similar price as compared to 200whp NA set up.... if that's even possible on an LS.
