it bolts right in. the only thing you have to be careful with is putting soda's and shit in the cup holder (condensation+electricity).
basically, you'll take the lower center area off (around the shifter, really easy, 6 screws) after you take off that peice, you'll need to take off four screws for the HU/Cupholder peice (black plastic), then you'll need to take out the black filler pocket (two screws?), and then the cd player goes right in. reassemble.
