I had the top down so I motioned my arms like, "what do you want me to do?" because traffic in front of me wasn't going anywhere.
Then the guy stuck his head out his window and screamed at me, "do you do that in your living room?!" I realized he had honked his horn at me because I dropped a cigarette butt on the road while waiting in traffic (totally stopped so it had no chance of flying back onto his minivan) and not because he was mad at traffic.
I ignored him, but I saw in the rearview that he started to open his door to get out. Luckily traffic started moving just then, and I scooted away through a yellow light, leaving him at the red. What the hell? Why get so pissed off about someone dropping a butt on the ground? It's not like I threw it while my car was moving and it hit his car. Maybe he was upset because he was driving a Pontiac Montana.
Well its the cops job to enforce that law.
Not a citizen. If anything he could contact the police and arrest him. ( citizens arrest )
but, this person must be real stupid.
HE took a big risk trying to be a mr. cool guy because as ya'll hear stories in the news someone always pulls out a gun and shoots someone else.
If I were him i'd mind my business and leave it up to the cops.
#1. I would of smacked the shit out of that guy for that stunt.
