First of all you could have done a search. This topic has been cover alot. That having been said...get a CAI...you'll notice a biggr dif than a short ram...I've had both. Oh and go AEM.
The only difference you will notice is hearing that hiss from the intake.
In respect to power....you arent going to gain any noticeable power whether its a CAI, or SRI.
I'd go with a SRI much more easier to install.
The CAI you might need to remove your bumper ( at least in an 02 accord u do)
