It was only a couple hundred more for the ems so he went for it, just gotta get it tuned in now. I never said that ITR cams will not make over 600 whp on boost, I just mentioned that gs-r's will too, and they are a cheaper alternative.
put it this way 84mm B16A motor the ITR cams picked up 54whp over the GSR's. of course that is also a 600whp car which on lower hp the gains won't be as much but still you will see gains
