The tweeters i would mount in front of the door handle like the 1's that come stock with tweets. Great place for em they sound real good look clean ( as long as u flush mount em) and as far as the x-overs its hard to run wires through the door jamb cause the are a solid plug so the 2nd best place for em is under the pocket handle ( u use to close the door ) on the inside car side of the vapor barrier. Try to not put em in the door if your plastic barrier is a ripped up ,and puttin em in a plastic bag taped up dropped in the door is a short cut way of doing things. There is plenty of room in the bow of the door panel to hide em.
What do you mean "like the one that comes stock with tweets". Do GSR's have tweets with them? Anyways I found where you were talking about, just in front of the handle where there is plastic. What tool would I use to get a clean 1 inch hole in there? I think my dad has a drill bit that big but I think it's only for wood.
