The automatic B-series engines are so rare that I've honestly never even seen one myself (maybe rare's the wrong word, uncommon?). Do you have a digital camera you can take pics of them? I know with D-series engines, the top tranny mount attached to the frame rail is physically different (it slants up like / while manuals stay flat -). It's possible something like that is different? I don't know any resources to help you with the wiring. I would assume it's very similiar to regular automatic LS Integra's but I don't know how much that will help.
I know of one guy who did an automatic LS swap into an EG automatic civic. He had a nightmare of a time and basically ended up pulling the dash and using the entire Integra wiring harness inside the car as well. I can't remember his name of the top of my head but he hasn't posted here in years and I'm sure all his old posts were lost during on of the forum crashes. Sorry man.
