Default proper torque for crankshaft pulley bolt

Hi all,

I am confused about the proper torque of the crankshaft pulley bolt on a 96 d16y8 . The Haynes manual says it should be 130 lb ft, but the Helms says 20Nm or 14 lb ft. That is a huge difference. 14 lb ft seems incorrect, but this is the more official Helms manual....is it a misprint ?

I am afraid of breaking the bolt by applying too much torque....thanks for any help....
