Not very "super natural" but I've had sleep paralysis about 2 years ago. Now thats some freaky sh1t. I woke up at like 3am and couldn't move anything but my eyes. I couldn't say anything and couldn't breathe. I tried to scream but nothing came out and it went on for like a few minutes.
