Well, you're having more "airflow" than the usual .. that's basically the difference between the factory restricted intake and the aftermarket one, your car is getting a little more air ... that's it .. i remember when i got my intake (short) always when i turned on my A/C my lude used to rev all the way to 1.5k for like 2 secs .. it was anoying because sometimes in places like drive-thrues the people who served me thought that i was doing on purpose ,, that problem ended after i installed the headers .. now the car is getting more air and sending more air .. more balance now .. extra horses? yes but just with the intake alone a very small difference.
