One of my customers ordered an ASPIRE X-Navigator ATXA8NW-AL/500 from newegg.com and it appears that the temperature LCD screen is not working. In lieu of RMAing the case, I would like to see about sending the LCD back to you for testing. Is this possible?

Hey Jeremy,
Our company is a manufacturing company that sell directly to resellers, dealers, and distributors only. For any RMA issues we always suggest that you go back to your resellers and follow their rma policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept that lcd to do testing on it. If you wanted you can purchase the lcd temperature display screen from us. Since we cannot accept payment from an end user we'll take proper amount of stamps instead. Send us 16 pieces of .37cent stamps which will cover manufacture cost and shipping. Send us the 16 pieces of stamps to the address below along with a copy of this email. Be sure to include your shipping address. Once we receive your stamps we will send out a new xnavigator "lcd temeperature display screen" via US Postal. And I will email you a confirmation letter.
