we're still paying $3 a pack here in TX
in San Antonio, they banned smoking in area's where food is consumed, but bars and seperate "sealed" smoking sections are allowed still. Austin has a similar ban.

actually, it was clinton who said that. But bush did sorta admit to doing drugs (not a direct admission), which was recorded in phone interviews which were released maybe 2-3 months ago.
