maybe u should try burning another chip. your maps could be fucked up. when the first map for my car was done, the vtec engage wasnt even added in on accident. it could just be something like that. i didnt read everything, but what is your exhaust setup? try removing your exhaust and having just the downpipe, that might help. have you done a compression test? your motor could be fubared due too bad ringlands.
just read the whole thing. ditch that afc junk, you seem to have lots of nice stuff, dont punish your car with that thing, go with uberdata
