Timing is stock, with boost retard feature on Uberdata. We attemped to retard and advance the ignition timing several degrees and got no power from it.
Boost gauge reports 6psi full boost.
Rest of setup: Rank1Racing manifold, TiAL 38mm wastegate w/ 7psi spring, custom 2.5" downpipe, recirculating dumptube, 2.25" catback, stock cat, custom 2.5" charge piping, Johnny Race Car FMIC, Walbro fuel pump, 450cc DSM injectors, 1g DSM BOV.
Part of your problem is that tiny ass turbo. I ran that same exact turbo on my b16 and made a max of 199whp @10psi tuned. Well I would hit 10psi by 5,000rpm then drop down to about 4psi by redline. That turbo is just to small if your looking to make any serious power. I gained 27whp alone by just switching to a t3t4OE .57 trim .63 a/r. Then worked on the tune a little more and got up to 248whp @9psi.
I'm not to fond of the jrc intercoolers, they arn't the best for flow...
I would replace the cap and rotor if it looks a bit chewed up....
So are you running 7series plugs or 8 series plugs? You should be more then fine with 1 step colder (bcpr7es-11's) I've never needed anything more then that.
are you running 92 octane?
