BTW usually rasing the vtec cross-over will result in a smoother transition.
When I was running a sfc/fmu/310's and stock cross-over I would lose about 15whp. I bumped my x-over up to about 6,000rpm and the transition looked like your second chart....I would only lose about 2hp...
regardless your afr looks like it can use some help still
Mac Autosport did the tuning.
The first graph was a base map, no modifications. The second map had some work done below 4,000rpms hence it looking a lot smoother.
The car feels really smooth transitioning... I can't even feel VTEC anymore.
