well im trying to spend under 150 on a sub and less than 250 on an amp preferably less than 250 on the amp.

i was considering getting just one type r sub and power it with a 600RMS watt amp i think it was the alpine MRD605 i may be wrong.

i just want to get good sound quality that wont affect my alternator.

i am open to other brands, but im trying to keep my cars system alpine. even though my headunit is sony :dunno:
