Underdrive pulleys: Don't make any real power, maybe a little throttle response. Plus I've heard horror stories of spun rod bearings from the loss of a harmonic dampner, over or under-charging from the Alt and so on.

Digi/Aftermarket ignition: The stock system is fine unless you're making serious power thru turbo/SC, nawss or serious NA setup.

Venom (and other) Chips: Most simply fool the ECU into thinking you've pressed the gas further than you have, ruining fuel economy and not making any power. Nevermind the CEL's and all that fun.

Just drop it with some springs and shocks, slap on an intake, headER and cat-back and be happy for now. You could also lighten your flywheel for some throttle response. There is no cheap and easy way to make a slow-ass honda, fast. Do a search, on this site and others. You're sure to find what you need to make your car the way you want it to be.
