We leased a 2005 Acura RL last November. Since then, it has been to the dealer 5 times with dead battery and thus want start. They never find a problem and seem to decide that it is not turning the ignition off correctly. We are real sure that we know how to turn off the car.
We have stranded a 4 year old after school, missed doctor appointments, and are now afraid to trust the car, especially at night for a woman alone.
Acura's position seems to be too bad. They can't duplicate the problem and refuse to do further engineering research.
Has anyone else experinced this problem? We are ready to give the car back using attorneys if we must.
