Cool, can I put an SI head on it??

I'm cheap as hell, but the car is pretty wimpy (it is also new to me). I've thought about trying "under pulley" (did I get that right??) if I can get them CHEAP!! And I knew that I could get something decent out of it powerwise.

I don't want to put more than 1000 tops, and more like 500 into the car (besides a car stereo of course). I've been trying to learn the ins and outs of the Honda cars, and realized after I bought this one, it is not a good candidate to pump up much.
