What about the headlights? I saw some angel eyes that I'd like to install... Also with those headlights I'd have to take off the front bumper and do that thing with the heat gun and the housing, etc? I read about it in one of the faqs...

You will have to take off the bumper whether you install aftermarket projectors or work on your stock headlights. You would put your stock ones in the oven to soften the glue and then pull them apart so you can do whatever it is that you do to them.
