This is a pretty time consuming job with limited space to work with and it will not go very smooth if your trying to beat the clock. It's probably better if you drop the alternator out from the bottom. There's a lower mounting bracket that will a bitch to get to from the top.
I'll type out a rundown for you and maybe someone can add to it.
1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery negative terminal. (Remember that the original radio has a coded theft protection system.)
2. Disconnect the alternator connector from the alternator.
3. Remove the terminal nut and the WHT wire from the B terminal.
4. Loosen the adjusting nut, then remove the mounting nut.
5. Remove the alternator belt from the pulley.
6. Remove the lower mounting bolt, then lift the alternator upward.
7. Remove the lower and upper mounting bracket bolts and the mounting brackets.
8. Remove the adjusting nut and upper mounting bolt, then lift out the alternator.
9. Install the alternator in the reverse order of removal.
Reconnect the battery ground cable.
Adjust the alternator belt tension after installation.
