I will have to agree with B16aEGcivic as I just bought my 01 impreza 2.5rs in last augest. You really wont be able to tell until you drive this car. I would say it lacks some power but faster then my old accord and you will not get enough of the AWD. Launches are insane and the AWD is always ready for action. Hell I was driving past my neighbors AWD BMW, and suburban in our last ice storm. The thing just mobs in all weather and grips corners nicely. I have 36-way adjustable D2 coilovers and a bunch of other goodies and seriously its the corners which will take you over.
