ACTUAL = The number you are currently at.
BEFORE = The number you were at when the car came in.
SPECIFIED RANGE = OEM specs. Factory suggests that it is between those numbers.

Bottom line, what a2k said. If you are just daily driving, -2 is a bit much...you might want to get that number closer to zero.
