Lucas products are good. Also change the fuel filter. i did and got my MPG back. I was gettin close to what you are(a little more 180-200) before the light came on.Also change your distributor cap and rotor, just make sure you do not break the bolts for the cap. They twist very easily. Also make sure the rotor goes back on perfect, or you will throw a CEL

I did all I said, and just got 283 before the light came on. I still need to put air in the tires, but I need new stems first
