The brakes will bed themselves. Just drive.
Torque for what bolts? The carrier is 80 ft/lbs, the lugnuts are 80 ft/lbs. Not too sure on the actual caliper, but not too tight, it doesn't have to hold the whole car together.
Just remember that you will have to take it off again.
