what kinda specs does your computer have? at work, if i leave my photoshop open but minimized for a while, then go back to it later, the computer is pretty slow in bringing it back up. it's almost like waiting for it to start up again. this is probably a sideffect of small amounts of RAM, but i can't do anything about that at work. if they could find a way to slim down the running size of photoshop, that would be pretty cool. not necessary, but cool all the same
