Default Do I Need to Loosen Screws to Get Headlight Bulb Out?

I'm replacing the driver's side low beam headlight bulb on my '02 Accord EX V6 Coupe. I've seen a bunch of posts talking about muscling the bulb out of the headlight assembly. Is it that simple with the '02 Accords or do the three screws that surround the headlight bulb base need to be loosened first to allow the bulb to be rotated? You can see two of the three screws in the attached picture. The other question I have is how do I remove the black rubber/plastic intake tube which is right next to the headlight bulb and limiting access to the bulb?

Thanks in advance!
