a house is a house, there aren't many good ways to photograph a house (i'd know, I'm a real estate assistant, which means home photography). The composition of the other ones isn't too great. First of all, you rarely want the sun in your picture unless its somehow obscured by an object/clouds/whatever. It darkens the rest of the picture and makes it difficult to get proper exposure... for the pic of the beach with all the tracks in the sand and whatnot, I'd suggest makeing the sand itself the subject and forget the water/sky... look for an interesting pattern and get a closeup. The one with the dude in it isn't bad composition-wise, its just a boring subject. Chipmunk pic needs to be either closer in or redone with the chipmunk not in the center of the pic.
