hardest part is figuring out how to remove the stock panels to access the headunit...which is taken care of with this diagram .

go buy a wiring harness that fits your car. if you can read and match up wire colors, this will be very simple. you can solder the ends, butt connect or crimp cap them. the bought wiring harness plugs into the car's harness and the radio's harness plugs into the radio.

since the headunit is twice as tall, you will need to fill in the empty void below. you can either get a installation kit with a molded pocket or half-din opening for a future eq, or so go stock with a factory pocket from the lx car. i would suggest not buying an installation kit because it uses the metal sleeve that came with the radio...this is not really considered secure! what you should do is buy the original lx pocket and use the factory brackets to securely mount the radio to the car's frame. item #11...
