i work for a company that has a contract with best buy for me to sell all three carriers that best buy sells. that is verizon, sprint and cingular. back in 2001 when i worked for best buy, they still sold voicestream/t-mobile but they dropped TM in favor or VZW.

Hows the speaker phone feature on the v551? The one on my current phone is total crap, and i would like to be able to just set it down somewhere while i talk with someone.
My friend already has a V3, the main reason i liked it was because it fit nicely into my pocket. and the nice key pad... thats about it.
Any other phones you would recommend that are small, the v551 looks like its one of those phones that would make my pockets buldge. How does it compare in size to the regular v60's.
speaker phone on the 551 is great. the only other cingular phone that i carry in my store that i would consider along with the v551 would be the LG1400. the 9100 is cool if you do a lot of txting. no camera though. the downfall of the 1400 is that it doesnt have a speaker phone or bluetooth. it is also cheaper than the v551.
overall i think the v551 is the nicest all-around phone cingular carries. nice bright crisp color screen, good speaker phone, bluetooth, nice camera. not too big, not too small. very comfortable to use. definetely my choice.
