Front, driver side power window had been dying (needed a rest half way) on and off for a bit, but just stopped yesterday. Thought that I could pull it up, like on older cars, or that if it went all the way down somehow that would allow it to go back up...but no. Checked the fuse *seems* to be ok (not the most experienced in this). Local autoshop where I always go says part (motor and regulator) is $150 plus about the same in labor...do NOT want to pay $300 for a single power window. PLEASE any suggestions other than putting plastic over my window!
