Default Clicking noise when I make turns

I have been experiencing a clicking/rattling noise in what seems to be the passenger-side wheel when I make left turns (recently started to occur when I make right turns). The strange thing is that it only happens when I am pressing the gas pedal during these left turns. I will be turning left and it start clicking/rattling and then I will let off the gas pedal and it completely stops, as if the problems depends on the gas pedal being pressed.

Is this the CV joints? Doesn’t seems like it because the clicking stops when I let off of the gas pedal. And when I put it in reverse and back up with a full turn motion, there is no clicking? Can anyone point me in the right direction? I’d appreciate any help. Thanks all.
