For some reason the new guy that works a few offices away from me left his phone off the hook and it has been making this freaken beeping noise for the past few hours. He is deaf so I don't think he knows it's off the hook, but it is so annoying and giving me a massive headache and my ears hurt. I'd go up to him but I don't know his name and he faces away from the entrance of his office which makes no sence since how is he suppose to know somone is there :dunno:
