Its in the driver's side kick panel. Its in a grey box and makes like a click noise when you turn the key to the #2 position. You should connect it to pin 4. If you got it right when you put the key to position 2 the pump should turn on for a couple seconds then turn off. If it doesnt turn off you got it in the wrong position. Yes you need the keep your intank pump. The inline just helps the intank pump. With the fmu you're running your intank pump can't push the high fuel pressures you need so the inline pump help pulls the fuel.
