I am currently living with my parents, but I close on my house next week, and then 14 days after that. I think that I am going to paint everything that needs it before I move in and do all the little stuff that needs done.

I think that will make it easier, plus my parents like having the help on the farm, which is where I will spend every weekend anyway I am sure.
