I never drive with a jacket on, even if it is below zero out. I hate the feel of driving and having a jacket on plus my passengers usually like the heat on and I am usually warm so without a jacket I can stand the heat more than i could with a jacket on.
i'm with u it's either tshirt of bust i can't drive otherwise it's quite annoying
