according to my hayne's manual (which lacks serious in-depth stuff, but is nice to have)
"The a/c system is under high pressure. Do not loosen any hose fittings or remove any components until after the system has been discharged." It doesn't tell how to do that just to get a grease monkey to DIHimself. So figure that out and then...

ENGINE BAY

also the hoses and refrigerant/condenser lines

IN CAR/BEHIND DASH
unless your livin' on the edge, it suggests killing the passenger SRS airbag while your up
under there by unhooking the battery, take out glovebox, and it will be in the upper-left
area of where the box used to be.it's wire wrapped in lume that only has a two-pin connector

anyways, I've personally messed around with it b4, it's pretty obvious how to unmount.

metal clips that look to hold the 2 halfs together on top and on bottom of the evaporator housing. just take a minute to look at it, all you'll need is a 10mm socket(deep sockets help the akward angle) a phillips head sdriver, and a flashlight to make life easier.

*takes a few panting breaths* anything else? out of curiousity, why are you wanting
to drop out the A/C anyways?
