first off I would recommend searching.... i'm sure this has been covered, but i'll humor you.

Need new console, transmission, clutch, fly(likely comes with transmission). All of the shifter linkage, shift knob, Clutch pedal(and all of the fluid cylinders and lines) Do auto's have tachs??? If not need a new gauge cluster... those are just the very basics, if you are planning on doing this yourself be prepared for some stress and some holes in your pockets.... likely best bet is to sell and get a manual. Just my 2 cents bro.
