I installed an oem spoiler on my 94 accord about a year ago. Very easy to do. After marking the holes I used a center punch like 01accord did...when drilling i suggest starting out with a smaller drill bit and gradually increasing the hole size with bigger ones until you get to the final bit. That way if you mess up with a smaller hole you still have something to work with.
