Default Got my spoiler installed

Needless to say, the wife was very nervous as I drilled holes in my new trunk. Even though it had a template, I measured that both sides were exact about 10 times before drilling

The install went VERY smooth. I put a couple of coats of paint on the holes, and let it dry overnight before installing.

I have not installed the included springs. I'm not sure they will be needded. The trunk still pops open about 6 inches. I have a problem on my steep driveway, that if I pop the trunk and the springs are strong, it flies open and puts stress on the mounts. I will install them later if the stock springs weaken over time (and they do). The dealer said I can borrow the tool to do it if I need it.

I like tie finished look it gives the back of the car.
