So if this only happens when the car is cold, why not simply let the car warm up before driving. Letting you car warm to operating temperature before driving prevents unnecessary wear and tear on your engine and drivetrain. Hondas, especially accords become quirky sometimes when they get on up in age. I'd start there if i were you.
