There are quite a few clips keeping the door panel attached to the door. here's what I remember doing:
1) Remove screw from the cup in the door armrest and remove cup
2) Remove screw from door handle, slide door handle assembly to the right and pull out (don't forget to disconnect the little rod that connects to the handle)
3) There is a triangular piece of black plastic beside the lower corner of the window. You can pop this off (carefully) with a flathead screwdriver.
4) The fun part: I usually started at the lower corners of the door panel for this. Take the same flathead and insert it between the door and the panel, and pry the panel toward you. You'll hear each clip pop loose. There are about two or three in a row at the bottom, keep reinserting the flathead at various points along the border of the panel and prying until you pop loose the clips.
5) Once you loosen all of the clips, you'll be able to slide the panel upward off of the door. Once you slide it up and off, disconnect the lock, courtesy light and window wire harnesses. You should be good to go then.
NOTE: when you go to put the door panel back on, make sure all of the clips are still on the panel (some of them sometimes stick in place on the door). Just pop them back into place on the panel, and when you lower the panel back into place on the door, just push on all the spots where the clips are and they'll pop back into place. (did I use the word 'place' enough? wow)
If you have any more ?'s let us know...good luck!
