Last time I checked disclosing private medical information to anyone but a doctor was against the law.
I am not starting trouble, one hopes that all rules on the TOS are followed instead of them being followed as desired. Why keep a TOS if not all members are required to obey it.
Since I am studying medical security right now, and according to the 2004 FBI/CSI Security report the medical industry spent the least on protecting the rights of the patient I have cause to raise a flag. I just cautioned people of the consequences of such actions since in the last 5 years there have been a few unfortunate deaths of forum members and a few attempts at it.
