For a noobie you are spending entirely too much on stuff. Get seat time and get lots of it. It doesn't matter if you are driving a Ferrari because a pro with a Geo Metro will kick your ass any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Spend less on your car and more on attending as many events as you can.
