another place where they get a shit load of people is further down near fair oaks mall, @ the county parkway. its all open, and loads of people are screwed there.
15 in MD or PA (i forget where that spot is) is horrible. There's no one on the road, two lanes, and about 500 cops. When i went through, I saw five people get pulled over in 10 minutes. I went the speed limit
