With the hp they produce, they should easily be able to run a low 12... It could also be that all 4 vipers I've witnessed locally just had crapily consistent drivers. Maybe there's a factory-optional gearbox or rear differential available for people that don't need to go 205mph. I dunno... I've haven't been Viper shopping lately but if a street-friendly drivetrain isn't an option, it should be on a street-legal car.

I wish there were some Viper owners in this forum that could shed some light. You know some Viper owner somewhere owns a Honda because he HAS to. Sure it's probably an Acura TSX, but... y-know what I'm sayin'?

But an 800whp civic will maim and destroy a Viper in a straight line because it weighs 1,363 lbs less. That's damn impressive. If you could make it stick, it's good for low-8's. I can't touch that. Not even going there.
